Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every pair you receive. We know buying shoes online can be tricky, so we have made the returns process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Return & Shipping Protection

Adding Return & Shipping Protection to your order at checkout is only $5.50. This will allow you to return or exchange any items in your order at no extra cost.

Sizing can be tough when shopping online, so if you are in between sizes or unsure, Return & Shipping Protection is absolutely worth it for that added confidence when ordering.

If you choose not to add Return & Shipping Protection, you are still welcome to return your order provided it meets our return conditions.

Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure of the following:

  • All items, including the shoe box, must be returned in their original condition.
  • Shoes must be unworn, unused, and free from any marks on the soles or leather.
  • A damaged or missing shoe box will incur a $15 fee per box, as unfortunately we do not have replacement boxes.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Once your return has been approved, please send it back within 10 days.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns that are not in resalable condition.

Sale Items

We don’t offer refunds on sale purchases. If we have the stock, we’re happy to exchange. If not, we’ll issue a store credit.


Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale can’t be returned or exchanged unless they’re faulty or incorrectly described.


What is “Free Returns + Package Protection” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, your order is also protected.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in our policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your shoes:

  • Aren’t of acceptable quality

  • Aren’t fit for their purpose

  • Differ from their description or sample

You may be entitled to a refund or exchange.

  • Major fault? You can choose a refund or replacement.

  • Minor fault? We may repair the item at no cost.

Cancellations & Amendments

Once your order is placed, we can’t make changes — including:

  • Delivery address

  • Size or colour

  • Adding or removing items

  • Applying discounts

  • Cancelling the order
