For Australian orders, standard shipping is free for orders over $200. Delivery to capital cities usually takes 2–3 business days, while other areas take 3–5 business days.

An Express Post upgrade is available for $15, with an estimated delivery of 2–3 business days; please note that Australia Post currently does not guarantee next business day delivery.

All charges include GST, and additional fees may apply if you request changes to the delivery address or date. Delivery times are estimates only, and Millwoods is not responsible for delays, particularly during Sale or Promotional periods.

For international orders, there is a flat shipping fee of $20. Local taxes or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and can be tracked at www.auspost.com.au.

Orders placed over the weekend are usually processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
